The management team for the Pool man (Pvt) Ltd is made up of the following people:
1) Mr Richard Mauya
Chief operations Officer
Mr Mauya is a seasoned swimming pool specialist with a Plumping background. He acquired his plumping qualifications at Harare Polytechnic and from there on he ventured into business thereby acquiring several business qualifications. He also doubles as a Director of the company. His expertise, Knowledge of Pools, experience and guidance has taken The Pool Man (Pvt) Ltd to where it is now, a formidable force to reckon in the Swimming pool industry in Zimbabwe.
2) Mrs Ottilia Mauya:
Director Finance
Mrs Mauya is a seasoned Banker with more than 15 years experience in the Banking sector with several portfolios under her. Equipped with an Honors Degree in accounting and a Diploma in Banking she has managed to stabilize the ship and give guidance in professionally running the organisation.
3) Lloyd Shiringo: Finance and administration
Equipped with a Masters degree in Business Administration and Leadership management (MBALM), Bachelors’ degree in Management Information systems (BMIS) Honors, Diploma in Business Administration, diploma in sales management and Marketing, Certificate in Personnel management and several other in-house training certificates, Lloyd is responsible for the overall day to day administrative and coordination of tasks at The Pool Man (PVT) Ltd.
